SUNDE

The Sunde bed uses the area under the bed for easy and flexible storage. With an open shelf it allows you to keep your bedroom organized and have your everyday objects easily accessible. The bed is designed considering that the square meters we live on are decreasing and and we have to cope with less space, and use it in effective ways. 

The bed frame is made of solid ash and lacquered steel, and the shelf of ash and braided linen ribbons. On the shelf you can store things directly in or in textile boxes. Sunde has two soft duvet cushions attached to the frame, making it comfortable when sitting up reading. The bed has integrated bedside tables, that fits all the small things you need to have at hand. The tables are detachable and can be lifted off and used as a tray for long weekend breakfasts. The Sunde bed was exhibited at the Oslo Design Fair “Tendensutstilling”, september 2021.
