TOFTE

The Tofte chair is designed for use in ship cabins and other small private spaces. The design and materials is inspired by the simplicity and functionality of the equipment onboard vessels. With its robust, yet light expression the chair offers a comfortable seat without taking up much space. All the materials used in the chair, the joints and the construction are visible. The chair is made of an aluminium frame, heavy linen canvas and cushions on the inside. On the side of the armrests there are pockets with storage space for small personal items. 

The Sunde bed was exhibited at the Oslo Design Fair “Tendensutstilling”, september 2021.
